A Stellarisban 55 achievement, található, melyek a Steam achievement rendszerét használják. Az Achievementeknek nincs hatásaa játékban, csak egy értesítés jelenik meg és az achievement hozzáadódik a játékos Steam profiljához. Az achievementeket meg lehet nézni a játék global achievements at Steam.

Az Achievementeket csak Ironman módban lehet megkapni. Régebbi verziójú játékban nem lehet meglapni az új patchcsel bejött achievmenteket.

Achievementek listája

A "Patch" oszlop mutatja, melyik patch tartalmazza a teljesítményt.

A "Megjegyzés" oszlopban rövid tippek találhatók.

A "NE" oszlop a nehézség: VE = Very Easy, E = Easy, M = Medium, H = Hard, VH = Very Hard, I = Insane, UC = Nem kategorizált.
